Once selected, we manage crew briefing, provisioning, ground transport to and from the quayside, tender logistics and port authority coordination. For the Monaco Yacht Show, we pre-position vehicles and personnel at Port Hercule, manage client flows between vessels and land appointments, and ensure that every transition between boat, car and venue is frictionless. Helicopter-to-yacht transfers are coordinated through our aviation team.
