Once selected, we manage crew briefing, provisioning, ground transport to and from the quayside, tender logistics and port authority coordination. For the Mykonos Yacht Week and Santorini sailing events, we pre-position vehicles and personnel at port, manage client flows between vessels and land appointments, and ensure that every transition between boat, car and venue is frictionless. Helicopter-to-yacht transfers are coordinated through our aviation team.
