Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between FFGR Greece (hereinafter 'the Service Provider') and any client (hereinafter 'the Client') wishing to use its luxury transport, concierge, and security services.

FFGR Greece offers the following services:

• Transport & VIP Chauffeur (prestige vehicles: Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Maybach)

• Lifestyle & Concierge (Personal Shopper, Private Chef, Art Advisory, Bark Air)

• Security & Close Protection (IFGR-certified agents)

• Private Aviation & Helicopter

• Yachting & Marine Logistics

• Bespoke services upon Client request

Prices are provided by quote, issued after receiving and reviewing the Client's request.

Any quote is valid for 48 hours from the date of issue.

Prices are expressed in euros (EUR) inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

FFGR Greece reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting already accepted quotes.

A booking is confirmed upon receipt by FFGR Greece of written acceptance from the Client (email, WhatsApp) and, for certain services, a deposit.

All requests should be sent via WhatsApp (+33 7 43 46 14 91) or email (contact@ffgr.io).

A deposit of 30% to 50% may be required to confirm a booking depending on the service.

The balance is due no later than the time of service, unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods are communicated at the time of quoting.

• Cancellation more than 72h before the service: full refund of deposit.

• Cancellation between 24h and 72h before: 50% of deposit retained.

• Cancellation less than 24h before: deposit fully retained.

Any modification to the order must be notified in writing and may result in a price adjustment.

FFGR Greece undertakes to carry out services with the utmost care and under the agreed conditions.

In cases of force majeure (extreme weather, strikes, governmental decisions, unforeseeable events), FFGR Greece cannot be held liable for non-performance or delays in service delivery.

FFGR Greece's liability is limited to the amounts actually received for the service in question.

FFGR Greece commits to absolute confidentiality regarding the identity, movements, and personal information of its clients. No information is transmitted to third parties without prior written consent from the Client.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Monegasque law and, subsidiarily, French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable resolution before any legal proceedings.

Failing amicable resolution, any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Principality of Monaco.
