Each chef is briefed on your dietary requirements, preferences and any allergies before arrival. Market sourcing from Greek local producers, menu engineering and wine pairing are all handled. For yacht chefs, we coordinate logistics so the galley is stocked and the chef is aboard before your crew arrives.
For private events in Greece — cocktail receptions at your villa, pool parties, intimate dinners overlooking the Aegean — we manage the full catering coordination: chef, sommelier, service team and equipment, all presented at the standard of a three-star kitchen.
